Seedcamp is hiring a Platform Associate to help early-stage founders get operational leverage after the first check. You will coordinate founder programming, surface talent and vendor introductions, and keep the platform toolkit current.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate founder workshops, office hours, and community events
- Match portfolio companies with operators, talent, and specialists
- Maintain playbooks for hiring, GTM, and fundraising follow-ons
- Track platform engagement and surface what founders need next
Requirements
- 2+ years in startup ops, venture platform, or founder-facing roles
- Comfortable working across multiple companies and time zones
- Clear written communication and strong follow-through
- Based in or willing to relocate to London
