Responsibilities
- Plan and run Surge cohort schedules and events
- Own founder onboarding and day-to-day cohort communication
- Coordinate speakers, mentors, and partner sessions
- Capture feedback and improve the next cohort’s operating rhythm
Requirements
- 3+ years in program management, community, or founder ops
- Excellent stakeholder management under time pressure
- Experience working with early-stage startups preferred
- Based in Bengaluru or open to relocating
