Norrsken VC is looking for an Impact Associate to support investment diligence with impact frameworks and to partner with portfolio companies on measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build impact theses aligned to fund priorities
- Support diligence with impact-risk assessments
- Help portfolio companies define and track outcome metrics
- Contribute to LP reporting on impact performance
Requirements
- Background in impact measurement, sustainability, or climate analysis
- Comfortable with both qualitative research and quantitative framing
- Clear communication with founders and investment partners
- EU work authorization preferred
