- Advise founders on org design and early hiring plans
- Source and screen engineering and product candidates
- Run interview processes and close offers with founders
- Build talent networks across the ANZ ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting, talent, or people ops at startups or agencies
- Deep network in engineering and product talent
- Founder-friendly communication style
- Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland
